Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced with olives of Piantone di Mogliano, Marche’s variety.
Light-medium fruity Olive oil, herbaceous type. At taste, it is mainly sweet, with lightly spicy and bitter notes; the aftertaste is of almond.
Middle fluidity.
Basically yellow-coloured.
Polyphenolic Content 400 ± 50
Packaged in bottles of cl 500
Suggested with salads and fish.
