ACCOMMODATION RATES BOOKING

The mansion, dated back to the first half of XIXth century, was entirely restored with original materials keeping the structure intact, with bio-housing projects and in regard of old traditional architectural techniques of the Region. Beams and fixtures are in wood, floors in terracotta tiles and, as much as possible, in the interior were preserved exposed stone and brick walls. The furniture is based on old elements of the tradition as iron, wood and straw cover. All this, to offer our customers the opportunity to immerse in the sober elegance of times gone by.

INTERIORS
At the ground floor you can find the common recreation room and the dining room. At the first floor, the four flats, equipped with private toilet, named Pergola (“Arbour”), Vigna (“Vineyard”), Da Sole (“Sun”) and Pero (“Pear Tree”). Pergola and Vigna (double bed accommodation) have a delicious private terrace looking out the garden. Pero and Da Sole have two floors: the ground floor with a living room and the first floor on a delicious mezzanine with the double bed.
EXTERIORS
From the recreation room you can reach the external equipped space and the garden with centuries-old trees.
