Art. 1 - Guest Rules
• Guests staying in Agriturismo Azienda Agraria Bonfigli implicitly accept the following Guest Rules

Art. 2 – Reservation
• Guests will make reservations at the following web address www.aziendabonfigli.it or by e-mail at info@aziendabonfigli.it; further reservation forms should be submitted and accepted by the Agriturismo
• The Agriturismo will communicate via email to the Guests, within 2 days from the initial request, the availability of their reservation, the expiry day of their reservation (7 days after receiving it), the total cost of their staying, the deposit amount (30% of the total cost wich is to be paid within the reservation expiry day) and the bank account details on wich the deposit is to be paid, the check-in and check-out date.
• Agriturismo will not be responsable for the lack of special services that will not be asked and specified by the Guests at the time of reservation (ie. allergies, disabilities...)

Art. 3 – Deposit
• To complete the Reservation the Guest will pay to the Agriturismo, within the Reservation Expiry Day, the conveyed deposit. The Agriturismo reserves to accept Reservetions for which the Deposit should come following the Expiry Day.
• Within 2 days from the completion of Reservatio the Agriturismo will confirm the Guests reservation, the check-in and check-out date, the number of guests and the residual amount to pay at the moment of check-out.

Art. 4 – Reservation Annulment
The Reservation Annulment will take place as follows:
• 90% of the Deposit will be given back, if the annulment will be communicated before 30 from the beginning of the staying
• 40% of the Deposit will be given back, if the annulment will be communicated between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the staying
• No Deposit will be given back, if the annulment will be communicated 14 days and less before the beginning of the staying

Art. 5 – Check-in
• The staying will be considered from 15:30 pm the first day of stay
• The check-in will take place between 15:30 pm and 20:00 p.m. the first day of stay
• At the arrival Guests will have to provide the Agriturismo with valid I.D. with at the moment of registration, all personal details will be treated by the Law D.Lgs. 196/2003;
• Guests will be given keys to their rooms and the main entrance. If any key should be lost it will have to be immediately communicate to the Agriturismo and any lock replacement cost should be charged on the Guests

Art. 6 – Check-out
• Check out time is 10:30 am
• Guests will give the keys back to the Agriturismo to final check-out
• The residual amount to pay (taken out the deposit amount) is to be corresponded at the moment of check-out.
• Available paying methods are: cash (in the maximum amount allowed by the Italian money-laundering rules); all main Credit Cards; debit cards (Maestro circuits)

Art. 7 – Stay
Service includes:
• full use of bedroom from 3:30 pm of check-in day and 10.30 am of check-out day
• total room cleaning will take place at every check-out and every 7 days during the guests absence, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
• breakfast will be served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, earlier breakfast is available on guests request
• bed linen will be changes at every check-out and every 7 days of the guests stay, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm during the guests absence , the bathroom towels be change every 4 days;
• wi-fi connection is only available in the recreational area
• Agriturismo's bicycles are available though reservation;
• During winter time heating will be on 4 hours per day (from 7:00 am and 8:30 am and from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm)
• The Direction declines every responsability for the loss, theft or damages to any guest's properties left unattended in the rooms or on the common areas

Art. 8 – Service not included
• For one night reservations, early check-in or late check-out an extra cost of 3,00 Euros will be added
• daily cleaning of room and bathroom will take place on request at the extra cost of 10,00 euros/day
• Every extra change of bed linens will have an extra cost of 7,00 euros/person
• In the event of any damages caused by the Guests to the Agriturismo's facilities will be charged on the Guests themselves; the Guests will have to promptly report to the Direction that will decide for any damage amount

Art. 9 – Advices
• Guests are kindly requested of parking their cars in the designated areas
• Guests are kindly requested to avoid loud noises between 2:00pm and 4:00 pm and from 10:00pm and 7:00 am
• Guests are free to enjoy the common internal and external spaces according to the common sense and in the respect of other Guests

Art. 10 – Prohibitions
• No hot plates or any of cooking appliances are allowed in the bedrooms
• No heating devices of any sort are allowed in the bedrooms
• Strictly no smoking in the bedrooms and in all the common spaces, in the event of smoking the cost of dry-cleaning and sterilization of linens, tents and blankets will be charged on the guest
• No animals are allowed in the bedrooms and in the common spaces, if this should happen the cost of dry-cleaning an sterilization of linens, tents and blankets will be charged on the guest
• No food is allowed in the bedrooms, if this should happen the cost of dry-cleaning an sterilization of linens, tents and blankets will be charged on the guest

Art. 11 – Further Advices
• In case of fire dial 115 for the Fire Department. Promptly worn the Direction.
• In case of sickness call 118 for the Ambulance or go to the nearest Hospital. A First Aid kit is available at the Reception. Promptly worn the Direction
• For everything that is not mentioned above we refer to the National and Regional rules for what concerns non-hotel guest structures (of which L.R. n16 del 24/10/2008)
